Description: In the depressed mortgage industry Home Loans Inc. was looking for a creative postcard that would inspire renters to take the step of purchasing a home or condo. While postcards can be a good venue for advertising, they are often created with too much content which can overwhelm the reader. We used a straight forward message with creative integration of graphics.
